The Office of Minority Health (OMH) within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and MedPlus (a subsidiary of Quest Diagnostics) have developed a collaborative to offer healthcare providers in underserved communities in Houston a unique opportunity to adopt Electronic Health Records (EHR) and gain the benefits of Health Information Technology at an exceptionally low cost.
